Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Cute Smile collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and how to contact us about it.

What we collect

Order details: your name, phone number, province, address and any note you add, so we can confirm and deliver your order.
Account details, if you create an account: your email address and password. Passwords are stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form, never as plain text.
Special order requests: the details and phone number you send us, so we can reply and you can track the request.
Reviews: the name, rating, text and photos you post. Approved reviews are shown publicly on product pages.

Whoever delivers your order receives only what they need to deliver it: your name, phone number and address.
Service providers that run this website for us, such as hosting and image storage, handle data only to provide that service.

A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in. It is set only when you sign in.
Your cart, favorites and theme choice are saved in your browser so they stay between visits.
We collect anonymous visit statistics, such as pages viewed and device type, to improve the site. This does not use cookies and does not identify you.
The Meta Pixel helps us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. It sets cookies and tells Meta about your visit: pages viewed, products added to the cart and placed orders (the order value, not your name, phone or address).
Google Tag Manager runs Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. These set cookies and tell Google about your visit in the same way: pages viewed, products added to the cart and placed orders (the order value, not your name, phone or address).

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information at any time using the contact details below.
You can limit ad personalization in your Facebook, Instagram or Google ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.
